      Wont return calls!

      I called to get homeowners insurance when buying my home. I gave the lady all the information she needed and she said she would call me back. Two weeks later I still had no call back. I called again and left a message for her to call me back and once again, no call back. I wonder what would happen if someone needed to make a claim????
