The last person was right, Stay away from them. I hired them to put in a sump pump on 7/21/2014. When I got the bill they tried to charged me labor for two people. I was there the whole time and when the second person came I saw that this second person did nothing but stand there and didn't even get there until the job was almost done. Then when I called them on it, they said that this person went to get parts...which also was not true. The worst is to come....I hired another plumber 3 months later to winterized my house and when he tried to drain the water heater into the pump, the pump malfuncted and water sprayed all over. This new plumber had to charge me extra money to fix the pump that was not assemblies correctly by Durant. So when I tried to get Durant to pay this amount they gave me a hard time and said that there was not electric plug for the pump, which was also not true. I have a dated photo that I took that shows the outlet even before they put the pump in. Not good !

Stay away from this one unless you have extra money to burn. Very high priced. Cancels appointments to take care of other customers. Verbally quotes a price and then charges $300 over that quote. I should have seen this red flag and fired him when I was told they had to rescedule to take care of someone else. Hope this helps others so they do not get taken like I did.
