The new manager is great. The ladies locker room and pool has a fantasticcleaning lady. The men's 'locker according to hubby has louts who break lockers,scatter trash everywhere and act like grade school. When they work out, they walk away and leave the machine all sweaty and loaded with 400 pounds of weights. The clients suck not the staff.The men's sauna gets broken because guys throw water on it.I like the pool. I'm staying.

Don't even. This is just a big sales floor, and the gym equipment is just marketing material. They will rip you off and not even think twice. If you are already doing business with them and they are not holding up their end in a satisfactory manner, don't even bother trying to work with their so-called GMs, go directly to BBB. OR do a combination of both, but good luck trying to get anywhere with the employees in the gym itself. You may get lucky, you may not it just depends on how abusive they feel that day.
