The therapy team communicates closely with our on-site physician, nurses and social services, dietary and activities personnel to provide comprehensive care. Canon Lodge Care Center is also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and modalities to maximize your therapy experience. This facility uses an interdisciplinary team approach, which involves patients and families in establishing a plan of care with the goal of returning to home and community life.
