I had them build me a garage workshop building. It's 12' x 20' and its the workshop that I've dreamed of having most of my life. They did a excelent job building it and the best part was that he took care of all the permits, inspections, and paperwork requierd by the City and State. I didn't have to mess with any of that stuff. It took about a month but that was due to having to wait for the inspection after each step of the job. It had to be inspected at least 5 times. Its a very solid & well built garage workshop that's going to be there for a very long time. Now I get to finish the inside to the way that I want it. It could of been bigger but I didn't want to have to finace any of it and I only had $10,000 to put into it. I'm very happy with the job they did and would recommend them for any construction or remodel job that you might have. I just told him what I wanted, paid him half, and the job was done just the way that I wanted and paid him the other half.
