My neighbor got their roof and driveway cleaned by Bill's Professional Pressure Cleaning and it looked brand new so my mom got her roof, driveway, and dock done and they looked freshly redone/painted! I thought it would barely make a difference but with just a few hours of work, in and out, he was done and it looked perfect. Our house stands out so much more now :)

Buyer beware! When Bill gave me a quote to pressure wash my roof and pool cage, he assured me that even though he uses bleach chemicals, he would guarantee that he would protect the privacy shrubs and flowering bushes surrounding my property. He insisted his method of continually watering the plants during the pressure washing process is fool proof and he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, his work in May resulted in killing 34 mature plantings of three bush / flowering plant varieties. In late September, after three months during the rainy season and his attempt to resurrect the dead bushes with Miracle Grow failed, he agreed to replace the bushes. He asked me to get a quote from my gardener, and if it was comparable to a quote from his, he would reimburse me for the cost to remove existing, purchase and plant replacements. A few weeks later, I got him a detailed quote, specifying variety, quantity and size of plants that would be a satisfactory replacement (note that it would take years for these new bushes to grow to the size to fill in and match existing bushes that survived the pressure washing). After empty promises of getting back to me about my gardener's quote over the next several weeks, and after prompting him once again, on Nov 25, Bill let me know he placed an order for the plants and the following Fri or Sat, they would be planted. I was not at home during the time he promised to complete the work. When I returned on Dec 17, I contacted Bill to find out why the bushes had not been replaced. He responded he would "swing by tomorrow and plant them". On Dec 21, when he had not shown up, I let him know he had one week to complete the work before further action would be taken. Exactly one week later, on Dec 28, he contacted me to let me know the Nursery was closed, but he would get the bushes and plant them the following morning (Dec 29). Instead, that afternoon, he dropped off a total of just 10 (not 34) very small plants (1 gallon in size, not 3 & 7 gallons), and left me a voice mail message asking me to call him to confirm the placement of the plants. I responded via email by resending the detailed quote to replace all the dead bushes, and suggested that if he was not prepared to complete this work, his best option was to drop off a check to reimburse me for the cost of replacement by my gardener. I have now concluded that Bill was never sincere with his promise to fulfill his obligation to make this right. His weak attempt to do so, after months of dragging his feet, is unprofessional and deceitful. Seven months later, legal action is my next step. How anyone can run a business by treating clients this way is beyond belief. The irreparable damage to the beautiful landscaping around my home is heartbreaking.
