The moment I walked in I was embraced with great customer service! Jackie was my consultant. She’s professional & caring! She made me feel like a family member. She’s patient and knew exactly the look I wanted! Her expertise and knowledge in bridal dresses is 100! I felt confident & comfortable with her & the rest of the staff! I went to a few other bridal shops and didn’t have that experience. I finally made my decision and went back to work with Jackie! Thank you Tara for squeezing me in but also helping me getting the vail I wanted & making sure the dresses where at your location ! So today I said “Yes to the DRESS”! Warning! Bridal reflections ordered me 4 sizes bigger than I am and charged me $600 for alterations!!! Stay far away from this scam.

As the mother of the bride, I called to make an appointment. Got there first thing on a Wednesday morning. Good thing I bought my sister because NO ONE helped me. A sales associate was helping someone else and she would occasionally glance my way to comment about a dress. Finally I mentioned that a particular dress I was interested in might be in the Massapequa store so she DID say she'd call them. STILL no help. I put on "The" dress..still no help. Took a picture to show my daughter, the bride.....that's when the sales associate piped in that I can't take pictures. I don't get it. In these days when you can get anything on line or find someplace else to get it they would go out of their way. Service is the only advantage to brick & mortar. Not to mention getting trashed on "social media". BTW, I gave it one star because I HAD to on this web site.

Bridal Reflections helped me and my bridesmaids find our beautiful dresses. Their hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated and the staff was so kind and professional. Bridal Reflections you went out of your way, amazing service!

My experience for wedding dress shopping was an outstanding one. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Nicole, helped me find my perfect dress!! I then went back a few months later to get my bridesmaids dresses. We had another smooth and excellent experiences. I was also lucky enough to have Nicole help me again! She was great!

Everything has been wonderful since the very first day I stepped foot into bridal reflections. Everyone in the store has been extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. I recommend this store to all the brides to be I know. I am not only getting my dress there but my bridesmaids, flower girls, mother of the bride, and grandmother of the bride.

I have had a great experience at Bridal Reflections. As a military bride, I am touched at the opportunity to get my dress from your salon. I will be getting married in October 2010 so I still need to come for all of my fittings, etc, but I expect to have a wonderful experience!!‎From Megan

I definitely would not recommend Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. They have terrible service, make you wait 1hour after your appointment time, and are overpriced. They order a dress 3times your size so that you can pay a fortune cor the alternations. They end up charging ayou $200-$350 for alterations for the gown.
