We do not recommend Cassia Heights Apartments. Simple and large things are not fixed and manager ignores request and simply doesn't respond and is unorganized. Management acts as if they are unhappy and are not welcoming. The rudeness is the worst aspect. You will have inspections of your unit every year and management coming into your apartment a couple times a year to inspect to make sure patio does not contain storage devices. They bring in the investors and give you a few day notice. Yet, when they come in for inspections, things are not fixed. We respect the rules and want to live in a nice community but the rules you will find are unmanageable. They let you move in with old shabby carpet and do not care to maintain this complex.
