Image wanting to make a simple appliance purchase. You have the measurements and know the color and don't care about price or name brand. You go in the store go directly back to the appliance section and of course no one to help you and you have to track a employee down. Then the employee says let me call and get someone to help you because for some reason they are not capable or willing. Then you get a employee from mill section that comes over to help you after you wait 10 minutes. Your very specific to tell them you want delivery as well when you order because nothings in stock of course. Next you go to check out to pay and the receipt says pick up. I instruct the check out girl no I need delivery as I instructed the gentalmen when ordering. Now she calls the manager over. He says I need to go to another department for this back by fencing. One more person, another bill another check out counter. My 15 min event took an hour and half. Where is customer service?
