General Info: Since its inception in 1966, Stanley Machining & Tool Corporation has manufactured contract-machined parts for the aerospace, defense, power, transportation, medical, oil field and heavy equipment industries. Maintaining an 110,000-square-foot facility in Carpentersville, Ill., Stanley production equipment consists of vertical and horizontal machining centers with multi-axis capabilities, 5-axis turning centers with maximum diameters of 90-inches, finishing equipment and gear hobbing machines. In addition, the company s engineers perform in-house programming. Its client portfolio encompasses ABB, Alliant Techsystems, Baker Oil, Boeing, Caterpillar, Cooper Cameron, Dresser Industries, Gardner Denver, General Dynamics, General Electric, General Motors, Hughes, Lucas Aerospace, Raytheon, Schlumberger, Thiokol, Waukesha Engine and Northrop Grumman.
