I first visited this hospital on 1/2/12 I ve been there several times after that they get reall busy ond wednesdays and saturdays but I didnt mined waited another lady that was waiting there told me she has been a client for 6 years and loves it. These other reviews scared me but after experincing my self I love it and recommended.

This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I can't believe this place is still open for business!!!! The girls that work there are so RUDE and definitely DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! When I first got my Silky Terrier at 7 weeks old I started taking him there. I should've learned mylesson with the multiple bad experiences I had with my first dog over a decade before that..... anyways several times my dog had an allergic reaction to his vaccines. After the first time I asked those stupid girls and also the doctor taking care of my Macho to please put a note in his files that he needs to be given an antihistamine injection prior to his vaccines. You would think that that would solve the problem!!! Well no!!!! My poor dog suffered several allergic attacks because the staff didnt know what they were doing!!! Other horrible experiences we had were when my Macho was up in age and often got sick. That place only cared about making money and overcharged me for their "senior wellnss" exam!!! They didnt even have enough sense to tell me the real condition of my dog!! Until he had multiple seizures and I had to put my sweet doggie to sleep!!!! At least I didnt take him here in his final hours. I took him to a different animal hospital where they treated him with respect and compassion in his final hours of his life. And may I add, YES the staff there are even afraid to handle the dogs!!! For the stupid girls and rest of the staff there around the time of 2007-2009 when my dog was already sick, you all did a terrible job as far as customer service!!!!! I hope this Animal Hospital closes down soon!!!! Too many unsatisfied customers!!!!

I am not happy with this office at all. I feel that I was taken advantage of by Janine Jung, the vet that has been treating my cat. I feel she knew my cat was quite ill, when she suggested I have tests done to see if she had

pneumonia. I ending up having to put her to sleep, and paying well over $1,300.00 to find this out. If you ever

take your pet in you will be told how bad their teeth are ! Everytime we take our pets in for shots or other things we are told they need their teeth cleaned. I never felt that office cared about the pets at all, just howmuch they can bill you for.

I have to say this had to be the worst place to take my sick dog. We took in our dog because he wasn't eating , the Vet said he had an upset stomach ....WRONG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After taking his temp and giving him some shots , she sent us on our way home ... 3 Hours later , our dog got worse ... We then took him to another Vet hospital and they examined him for " PRAVO" , and the results came back positive ... We has wasted almost the whole day at the Avalon Clinic , the Vet had no response to any our questions. She just kept shrugging her shoulders , saying " well " and " I don't know really "..... I beg all pet lovers not to take their pets here... Our poor dog is still sick , they didn't even borther giving him a " parvo " test .

THE VET THEY HAD THERE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH ANIMALS . IT SEEMED LIKE SHE WAS AN ASSISTANT NOT A DOCTOR
