Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had "Happy Outlet" out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. Just over all great people! Out of a 5 star rating system I'd give them 10. P.S. I'm not some friend leave a good review for a buddy of mine. I've never met any of them before this. I'm leaving this review because they have just left that good of an impression in me! Conclusion: they are awesome, highly recommend, and thanks you to all of them there!

Holy crap, best Electrical company out there PERIOD! Probably in all of Reno/Carson/Tahoe. Kevin and Luis came out to install 4 chandeliers, 5 wall sconces and some minor electrical fixes. They were SO PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and CONSCIENTIOUS. I am speechless at how professional and put together this crew is, uniforms, beautiful vans etc. A+ guys.

The set pricing is absolutely outstanding! How many times I've seen TOOLS that are lazy and careless dick off while were paying $100 an hour. NOPE, NOT THIS COMPANY, these guys powered it out and were freaking awesome. Way to bring it.

I called this morning for service and set an appointment for later in the week. I was put on cancellation standby in the event a technician got free today. I received a call early afternoon advising the technician, Jack, would be at my house within the hour. The techs arrived on time and were very professional. I explained the problem and they got to work promptly. The problem was located, fixed and everything is working like it is supposed to. Jack reviewed the work completed, the home inspection and went over products The Happy Outlet offers. I was also contacted via phone, email and text by the company to keep me updated on my appointment status. I am very pleased with the work performed and have a go-to electrical company for future issues. Thanks again and keep up the great work.
