      Twice this winter, 2010/2011, my order of Liquid Silver from Vitamin Research Products has arrived frozen and has broken all over my kitchen floor and counter top. The company refuses to change the method of shipping to ensure the product does not freeze. Instead, they have suggested that I pay additional shipping charges to ensure faster delivery. I find this unacceptable and if I were you, I would avoid doing business with them!
