Dr. Herzog received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a B.A. of Zoology. While attending the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois, she received a B.S. of Biological Sciences. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Herzog successfully completed her 3-year foot and ankle surgical residency at the Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke's program in Denver, Colorado. She is Board Certified by The American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. Dr. Herzog is originally from Ohio and enjoys being part of the involved local community similar to her upbringing. She values the times when she can embrace the opportunities to run, mountain and road bike, hike, and spend time at her home in Castle Rock with her husband, Ryan. As a fellow small business owner at POMR (Path of Most Resistance), they appreciate every rare opportunity to relax with friends and family. Dr. Herzog strives to help others find their passion in life and keep them active. She educates patients with an array of treatment options, which allows them to make their own educated decision on what treatment is best for them and their individual life.
