Very professional, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Pro Plumbing identified a super on-demand water heater for my home, installed it in one day, and removed the old water heater leaving the space cleaner than they found it. I now have endless hot water and can run the washing machine, dishwater, and shower at same time with plenty of hot water for all. The entire replacement was very affordable -- wish I had done it earlier. I highly recommend their services.

Bryan at Pro Plumbing agreed to do a camera down into our floor drain in the laundry room and outside in a clean-out and record a DVD so that we know how our sewer line is laid out outside from that cleanout for a fee of $220. However the first time he brought in the camera he didn't even know how to connect and how to record. With my husband's help, he finally was able to record about 15ft before the camera broke. He gave us a DVD for the portion he did camera. He came back two weeks later to camera the outside cleanout. Didn't record anything and just told us nothing is wrong. We told him that we need a DVD to know how our sewer line looks like. That's part of what we are paying for. He said he didn't record. So we told him to come back and redo it and record. Once we have the DVD recording, we will pay. However he refused to come back. And instead, his mom, Patty, the billing person, threatened us to send us to collection. She also hang up on me over the phone. Very rude!
