I have been a customer for Sun Auto Service in Cedar Park for about 2 years now. I found them on accident, and I am so glad I did. They take such good care of me! I had an 05 Kia Optima last year, they fixed my tie-rods, timing belt, a bolt for my tire, and many other items. They make maintainence easy. They give me a list of items that need to be taken care of asap for safety reasons, and a list of maintanence items that need to be done in the near future to keep my car running for years to come. They also have worked out payment plans with me for those awful repairs that come out of the blue, that can really put a single mom in a pinch.

When I got in a car accident 3 weeks ago, my Optima was totalled. So I bought a new car an 02 Lincoln. At first they let me know they could take a look at any car I brought to them to ensure it wasn't a lemon. Then, when I did get this car (unfortunately the person I bought it from wouldn't let me take it to them prior to purchasing it) they just helped me take care of business. Again, this is what it needs right now, and this is our list of items to take care of in the very near future. We'll get you taken care of. They are not overpriced, and everything I have had them done has been done right. I can trust them not to put junk on my car, that doesn't need to be done. Their integritiy, and customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with an auto repair shop. I strongly reccommend them to anyone with auto repair needs. Furthermore, I have never had to use a warranty on anything they have ever fixed. I am so grateful for this place! Thank you Mason, and Terry, and all the other guys that work there that have been so good to me!

I really can't say enough about how awesome the guys here are. I almost feel like a paid spokesperson because I just have nothing bad to say about them. I originally came here because of a coupon in the paper for an oil change, but they are about 30 min from my house so at first I didn't come here exclusively (only because they are so far away from me). After almost being ripped off at several auto shop chains (NTB, Jiffy Lube, Walmart) I decided that the 30 minute drive is definitely worth it for the amazing and very good priced service I get here. When it came time to get my brake pads changed, I called about 10 places to get an estimate (I'm pretty cheap). Suns Auto was even cheaper than the places that "specialize" in brakes! Not only do they charge less than most places, but they also have amazing customer service. They always call me a few weeks after they do any work on my car just to make sure I am still happy with it (and I've always been happy with their service), which is something that no car shop I've been to has ever done. As a young woman, I always feel like I'm going to be ripped off by car places. This is the only place I've ever truly trusted when it comes to my car. One time my battery died right before I had to be at work. I got a jump from my neighbor and I drove straight to Suns. I called them when I was on my way and they said they confirmed they had the battery and said they could have me in and out in 10 minutes with a new battery so that I could make it to work on time. I stupidly parked and turned off my car when I got there, so they had to re-jump it which just took them a minute, but after that they put in a new battery and had me on my way just minutes later. Not many places would honestly care about you like that, this place is different. I will never go to another car place so long as me and my car shall live! I love you Suns Auto!!
