Worst batting cages ever and a ripoff place that will keep charging you after you cancel and then won't refund your money.

I have the proof of my requests. The employee that answers the phone knows me because of how many times i have called to try to get a refund and just says sorry I keep asking the owner to do it.

The machines are in poor condition. The balls are old and falling apart.

The owner is a making unauthorized charges and refusing to respond or refund. He tried to get me to write my entire card number down and expiration date on a plain form to keep around. Worst security ever!

I can't urge you enough to stay away from this place!

"Can I give a ZERO rating to this facility???

TERRIBLE experience for my family and 8u son. We joined TexElite with SEVERAL promises!!! Our thinking was even if we did not win a single tournament, our well at least he would have this great experience and training. For one I was not happy about the $500 pre-paid fee to join for summer. If we pre-paid (which we did) you saved the $80 interest fee.

This $500 was a PROMISE to play in 5 tournaments, with "experienced and trained" coaches, "unlimited" cage time, field practice on "Tex-Elite" field, 2 jerseys, 1 batting helmet, hat. This is all a DIRECT QUOTE via email from the owner of the facility, George Prichard. Before we committed to the program I asked him several Qs as this was a large sum of money for summer baseball and just 5 tournaments. I wanted to be certain it was a great experience and my son would benefit from the training offered, so with all the great "promises" he made, we decided to commit, what a HUGE mistake that was....

We did NOT play 5 tournaments. Instead we played 4.

NOT one "experienced and trained" coach, instead it was dads of players whom never played baseball themselves, nor had any training what-so-ever, and were certainly not experienced.... I will further add, our head coach even QUIT after 2nd tournament. Not an email/call or anything for the coach NOR the owner, George!! The "unlimited" cage time was a JOKE, you would be so lucky to get put on that list, and if you did either the pitching machine was down, or you would be so lucky to have 20 minutes in a 30 minute time slot! Oh let me tell you about their practice fields, first it is a field in a church lot, ONE field, which is FULL of burr stickers and large rocks. No sliding or just any sort of real drill can be performed on that field! On both of the 2 jerseys, the seems ripped on BOTH. We along with several others on the team had to repair them. Our batting helmet was so cheap it cracked at our 2nd practice (he did replace it though). Thankfully his hat fit!

We tried several attempts to contact the owner, George Prichard, on many many occasions. He never returned phone calls or emails. Not only did we NOT receive a partial refund for the UNPLAYED tournament we did not get to play. It has been impossible to reach the crook!!!

DO NOT waste your time of your money on this facility. -And George if you are reading this, it's about time you contact us!!!"

Great facility... Good people. Their trainers and coaches are great. My son has been getting pitching lessons from Bobby Sanchez and we couldn't be happier.

We have been going to TexElite since February of 2013. We signed our oldest up for batting lessons with one of the many paid coaches. The return on our investment in our son has been tremendous and well worth it regarding his batting. Any emails that we sent to the owner, were answered very promptly. We heard negative things about the operation and some of the coaches, but we are not the type to go on word alone. So far we have been very pleased with our decision to join TexElite.
