Dennis is GREAT! Fair, honest and trustworthy. He's the best mechanic in Ozaukee County

After moving from the east coast to the small town of Cedarburg, I thought it would be difficult to find a good repair shop that I could rely on to do the work as promised, on time, and at a reasonable cost. Well, luck was on my side because this shop was the first one I tried. Dennis is the best owner/mechanic you'll encounter. He combines a genuine interest in you and your car, and is unquestionably honest with his customers. If work doesn't have to be done, he's the first to say it. If something needs work, you can be sure it truly is needed, And Dennis will take the time to explain why and provide lots of details if you request it. No, I'm not related to anyone at the shop and no one offered me money or free work for these comments. I'm only a recent resident to the area that can't believe this kind of business can exist. Imagine, treating customers fairly and as people, being honest, and pricing your work fairly; what a refreshing concept.

I have used the services of Cedarburg Auto Repair & Service ever since Dennis opened. He is always cheerful and honest and his prices are reasonable. He has saved me money over the years telling me some things I don't need to do. He has saved me hassle by pointing out things that should be done b4 they break. I have referred my children and friends to Dennis at Cedarburg Auto Repair and their experience has been the same as mine. Very Very Good! I am not related to Dennis nor am I a friend of his although he treats every one like they are friend. A am simply a very happy customer.

What easy place to find & to do business with. Appointments are ok but, when I needed something in a hurry that Dennis & Mike are fabulous at working with my crazy schedule. The price for the repair was very reasonable too. I just love those two.
