My friend and I went over to Morton's a couple of Wednesdays ago for some appetizers and some beer. We didn't realize, but they have live music on Wed nights. The blues band that was playing was really awesome, and the place was just fun in general. A real hidden corner tavern and it's a gem!

My wife and I love this place! Excellent food, great atmosphere, never a disappointment. Really good Bloody Mary's and the Walleye that they serve as part of their fish fry on Friday is awesome.

Smoking now not allowing during eating hours. Excellent soups, great Sunday brunch, always a good meal!

Service is horrible. I really want to like this place because the food is pretty good, but every time I go there I get a waitress who would rather talk to her co-workers and friends at the bar than wait on my table, and then puts a 20% gratuity on the bill! Must be nice to give mediocre service at best and then walk away with a big tip. I suggest carry-out, that way you won't have to be irritated by the bad service.
