I just switched dentists after 20 yrs with my old dentist. The staff at Wightman is very friendly and knowledgable The office is very nice and seems to have all the latest equipment. Dr Wightman is kind and caring. He takes his time with his patients to make sure you know what's going on and you are pain free. I am extremely satisfied with the dentists and staff at Wightman Family Dental.

Sat down with billing to agree on the cost of my 5 vvisit procedures . Every visit I paid my. share. After. Work was completed. I recieved. A bill that insuance didn't cover. Fortunate ly I did not pay it I just inquired Since. I was already paid. They then sent a revised bill after submitting it to the insurance company . I still owed $100 if I paid the original billed they would have been paid 2xs .They are either lazy .incompotent or double billing. When I tried to call about the latestt $ 100 bill . The woman would not listen & talked over me & avoided the whole question of hhow they billed me. When it was eventually covered by insurance. . Also on the second visit the person doing the deep cleaning. Did not administer novacane correctly. U can imagine the pain a dentist finally came in to do itright. I would have gone some where else after that BUT I ALRRADY PAID MY SHARE OF THE BILL. For these pricedurres . I suggest quermstioning every bill with ur insurance company ,& them.
