She was very detail and she took the time to explain my x-rays to me. The whole process was very efficient and the office is clean. She is very knowledgeable and very professional. She doesn't guilt trip you about brushing and flossing. She will tell you if you need to brush more or floss more. She doesn't charge you for unnecessary things (I remember another dentist told me I needed a filling on one of my tooth but she said I don't need one right now). I've gone there many times now and I have another appointment lined up and I'm not dreading the visit. I really recommend Dr. Pham.

I had bad exp. on this office since they just do services without caring the insurance coverage. Eventhough I keep asking whether the insurance would cover or not, they just answered "yes" without checking my insurance. Later I received their huge bill that I had to pay 100% from my pocket for the services.
