Very pleasant to work with. Called before coming to my place so I can be there. Took the time to listen to all of my issues with the carpet... Offered to clean the rug I just bought too. Paid, left my apartment to them and when I came back 30 minutes later they were gone and my carpet was cleaner than when I first moved in! They were super cheap too! They are amazing and I would definitely go back to them if I need their service again!

I recommend Ashley River Carpet Care because they have a great system in cleaning that really cleans my carpet throughly without leaving soaps in my carpet. They are professional at the office. When I called they talked to me like I have a brain and they care, patiently answering all of my questions. They are professional in the field. The worker showed up on time, immediately got to work, and didn't stop until all rugs were done. Thank you.
