Our classes include Yoga Basics for beginners, Sridaiva, Ashtanga, and Level I & II asana & vinyasa classes. We specialize in sequencing unique and inventive vinyasa-based yoga classes which stem from the highly evolved system of Universal Yoga. From our staff and classes to workshops and teacher training, Lifespring Yoga excels. Our staff is exceptionally well trained and frequently continues their education.
