I would not recommend this this dentist. Despite the fact that I had insurance that was willing to pay, the office and dentist would not submit the correct code for reimbursement. I felt I had to be prepared or informed on "what to say" or "what not to say" to get my insurance to pay. Now the office sent me the bill for evaluation and I did not receive the splint for my TMJ Problem!!

If you're thinking of having cosmetic dentistry done go elsewhere! Go somewhere to someone else who has more experience. Office staff is great, but he needs more experience with cosmetic dentistry. He needs to stick with TMJ disorders.
