This company is the worst! Sell cars with bad breaks, when I called the manager says it passed inspection .. Who is the inspector Mickey mouse, cus breaks shouldn't grind and u shouldn't have to push pedal to floor to stop. The manager says just move forward... How when I have two kids in an unsafe car? They took a month and still counting to get paperwork to finance company... So long we had to start over.. They dont return calls .... Still waiting for return call since Thursday from the finance guy .. The manager is rude! And doesn't apologize or take fault in what they done. ! Why cant they instead make it right? Maybe I should go to the news? Will I be a returned call then?

I bought a Chevy Sonic RS from sales associate James Cox yesterday. Sales Associate James Cox helped me with my purchase. James was fantasic! He was very knowledgable and informative about the car. He was courteous and did not pressure me for a sale. GREAT GUY! Also, this is one of the nicest cars I have driven, it is sharp and I have already received numerous compliments on it. Thanks James!

i had previously done business with this dealership for a vehicle i currently owned. i decided to give them a try again when i was in the market for another vehicle. i test drove a sonic a LOVED IT. So, after the deal was done and i leave, i then realized i was swindled! i was quoted an interest rate of 6.9% by E. Marshall and it ended up being 8.25%. the original document she showed me with my payment showed $426 not $468. then to top it all off, THEY SWITCHED CARS ON ME. i test drove one and they had another one ,same color with different features than the one i originally tested. then this nagging Christina calls me in a threatening tone because their lack of diligence left out proof of address information for my file, so i rearrange my work schedule so i can handle that so they could stop these nagging , rude phone calls. they have no fear, i definitely wont be recommending this dealership to anyone i call friend or family. Carl was the only straight shooter in the place.

I was really impressed with the sales staff at Parks. Everyone was very pleasant and thoughtful. I was also move by their ability to listen to my concerns and how that met those concerns on every level. Good place to shop.

Parks buyers & clients be aware! I have owned a vehicle pre-owned from the Parks at the Lake dealership for only three wks. I paid close to $38,000 on 2/20/12 for this SUV cheap car? It started having significant trouble two weeks after the purchase. A local mechanic specializing in that type of SUV found problems, totaling over $2,900: 1. Right rear shocks leaking fluid, bushings saturated 2. Cam solenoid and left cam position sensors leaking (prevents oil from wicking up the main engine harness) 3. Power steering reservoir leaking fluid (leaks can cause steering pump to fail at any time) 4. Transmission service with filter past due 5. Dirty brake fluid and 6. Dirty engine filters 7. Front headlamp out. While test-driving the vehicle, the tire pressure alert came on. We asked them to have this fixed and they claimed they did. After getting the car home and the tire deflating two more times, our mech found a nail in the tire. I think Parks would have found this IF THEY HAD CHECKED
