Do NOT involve yourself with this company whether you are looking for a job or are looking to incorporate security in your buisness. I could go on all day with the cons on this company but i will state only the major issues.



1) This company is a fraud, they do not register there security officers with PPSB. As of 3/01/2012 they are being investigated by the PPSB and the owner of Premier protective services is going to court in April for not registering his officers, which you are required to do by NC laws within 30 days of employment. Some officers have been here for years without being registered.



2) For the site I work ( which i will keep anonymous for my job security) premier protective charges the client $18 an hour for each security officer on duty, the officer only gets 8.50 an hour. When a person isn't paid for what they do they won't do it properly. The company has no concern for the officer's saftey as they frequently have sites in downtown charlotte where the officer is on duty by himself with no backup available no defense against any attacks on 3rd shift
