Chelmsford Well and Pump's owner, Frank Roark is also certified by the Water Quality Association as a Water Specialist Level 5, Certified Installer and Certified Sales Representation. His specializations are deionization, filtration, reverse osmosis and disinfection. He is also a member of the National Groundwater Association and is certified by such as a well driller and pump installer. These credentials, along with his 20 plus years of experience and hard science background uniquely positions him to solve a myriad of water system problems.
