I have been using this practice for almost 20 yrs now. There isn't a Dr or practice anywhere that comes close to Animal & Bird. They have given exceptional care to my animals all through the years and have ALWAYS been responsible and compassionate. BECAUSE of the care there my cat lived to be over 19 years old in spite of all of her health issues. They took WONDERFUL care of her and all of my others. I have had animals my entire life and I can honestly say if you want the best care for your pets this is the place to be. For the prior reviewer that had so much to say....you know all of these things HOW? And funny if that's what you thought was true why did you go there?. You're an idiot. I would trust this hospital and the technicians with any of my animals.

I brought my dog here to see Dr. Dazen only one time and hated every minute of it. We waited nearly 45 minutes in the room before he came in to see us because he was in the back screaming at the staff and other doctors. I was very upset by this because I had my young son with me, and he could hear Dr. Dazen cursing outside the room. When he finally came in, he did not even apologize for his lateness and acted as though we were inconveniencing him by being there. He was also very rude to the poor girl helping him. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would.

The vets at this facility have been treating my chinchillas for over 7 years. I absolutely would not go any where else. They are very knowledgeable and up to date on treatments and techniques to care for my pets in the best way possible. The front desk staff is great, will always accommodate all needs asap. Last but not least, the vet techs all have been super, very caring and considerate. So thankful for such a nice hospital to care for my pets!! Brownie's Mom

I have been bringing my critters here since 2006. Everyone that works here is very caring. I can not imagine going anywhere else. All of my babies are treated well...from my lovebird to my ferrets and my cat. The Doctors and staff have been there in health and in sickness. Over the years I have lost many of my loved ones, all of the staff mourns the loss right along with me. They are always there for me, even after hours.

This group of Vets are outstanding with exotics! I have been going to Animal & Bird Health Care Center for more than 4 years and I have to say they are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Amanda J.

I have 2 exotic birds. I have been using Animal & Bird Health Care Center in Cherry Hill for more than 12 years. They offer the very best care in the greater Philadelphia area. I once had an emergency at 10PM on a Saturday night. A doctor returned my frantic telephone call within 10 minutes and treated my bird that very same night. What more could you ask for? Mac M.

There was something wrong with my dog, it didnt know what it was, but I called the vet office, explained what was going on, I spoke with Joanne and she fit me in right away! I saw Dr. Kupersmith that day, he did some blood work on MISS MOOSE and the next day about 9am, I received a phone call that MISS MOOSE had LYME DISEASE! I was VERY pleased with his service. Dr. Kupersmith got down to the point and answered every question I had.hly recommended because
