I purchased some step bars for my 2012 Tundra and shopped around to have them installed. The only other place I called wanted around 85-100 dollars an hour for labor and I had to drive to Norfolk. I remembered this place installing bars on one of our government trucks a few years back. I called, took my bars to them and they installed them right there that day (due to a cancelled appt.) for HALF the price of other places.YES HALF THE PRICE!!! It took only 40mins. I am so glad I went there and its only a 4 mile drive for my home in Portsmouth compared to going thru the tunnel to get to the other place. Service was very friendly and professional. If you buy the bars yourself take it to them and have them do it. You'll be glad you did.

Great people in a great store. I have a small cargo trailer that I needed to buy some small parts for. I was treated with great respect and received quite a trailer education in the process. Definitley a five star business.

I had a class 3 trailer hitch mounted on my minivan a few years ago by them. I found them to be straightforward, did not try to nickle and dime me, gave me the job they promised at the price they promised. I am planning to go there today to have some grease fittings done on another trailer. So far so good, I will continue to go there, I have heard a lot of people tell me to use them for my needs.
