This location sucks. Every time I come in here there are never enough people at the counter to help and there's ALWAYS a ridiculous wait time. Today I came just to do a name change and I've already been here 1 1/2 hours and still have 3 people ahead of me with my letter. In the meantime there are a few employees standing around with no concern for the 50 people sitting waiting to be assisted. I can't stand having to come to DMV.
