Most of the attendants are nice and pleasant and will allow you to finish your laundry even after 10:00pm, but the manager "Toni" will put you out at 10:15, she is rude, impolite, unprofessional. She will call the police on you and will not provide the owners information if you request it. She will take your name and number, but you never hear from anyone. She does not care about the customers at all!
