      During the past four decades, we have worked continuously with specialty metals producers to develop grinding wheels which improve centerless grinding and ingot-billet conditioning processes. Our customers see good value in our products and have rewarded us with their business. We have grown and our market research has expanded internationally. We thank you for your business.We recently made significant capital improvements in our production facilities. These investments demonstrate commitment to our business and to the specialty metals' industry we support. This new technology enables Marathon to improve product quality, production capacity, and reliability. Simultaneously, we are carefully building an organization to add management depth and succession and to maintain the agility of our company. We want to continue to grow our business.Going forward, our core business will be producing and selling high value centerless grinding wheels, ingot-billet conditioning wheels, roll grinding wheels and providing ingot-billet conditioning conversion services.Our customer focus remains unchanged: meeting the solid abrasive needs of stainless, nickel and cobalt based super alloys, titanium, tool and alloy steel producers worldwide.Here in Chester, South Carolina, we are fortunate to have a skilled and dedicated workforce to help us grow.
