I brought my Audi tt in to have the passenger side repaired after an accident. When I got my car back the blinkers on the passenger's side were not working. Then a few minutes later none were. I was told to bring it back in so they could fix it. The next day I lost 1st and 2nd gear in my car while driving. They said they would to...w the car in and that they would figure it out. All this in less than 1 hour of drive time from when I picked up my car. Then I get a call from them saying they spent "HOURS" looking and couldn't find the problem. I came and got the car. Before I left I realize that the passenger's door wouldn't open or unlock. Peter told me to take the car to my mechanic and when he figures out the missing gears issue to bring it back so they can fix door. I took my car home opened the hood and within 2 seconds found the problem. They had left a metal valve from an air tool under my hood and it was wedged in my shifter linkage.

I appreciate the expeditious attention to my needed brake repair. I just think I could have gotten a better deal, but thanks anyway.

I have a new BMW that got vandalized - Perillo sent me to european us who also happened to be certified adjusters of ameriprise (another plus) - when my car was done I noticed they went throughout and touched up dings as well as cleaned my entire car - all in a few days - I am very meticulous as most BMW owners are - when the #1 BMW dealer in the US send you to their shop they better be good and they are. If you like your car, dont take it anywhere else .

GREAT JOB!!! Love the service. My 2007 Nissan Murano got hit pretty hard. I found European & US Car Service in a web search, really enjoyed viewing their web site. Love the jingle. So I called them and spoke to Warren and Matt. My work requires use of my car all day every day. So getting my car back on time was important to me. They delivered my Nissan on time, all work completed. No hassle.
