I am 100% sure that when I left my car in the care of Tony's Auto Collision that my vehicle did not have the three very noticeable scratches on my touch screen. These scratches were the result of somebody's extreme carelessness while in the care of Tony's Auto Collision. They accept no responsibility for their negligence. It totally makes my heart sink every time I look at the damage knowing that this a 2013 Lincoln MKs and I am paying large monthly payments on a damaged automobile. I highly doubt that the person that did this is going to admit to when and how it occurred. I additionally doubt seriously that any "surveillance footage" is going to capture this incident without a camera being present inside my car at the time of occurrence. I'm sure the repair of this will be very expensive as well. Thank you Tony's Auto Collision in Bridgeport for ruining my new automobile and failing to repair what you have done! The damage is approximately $1.300 according the estimate I had done at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in Naperville.
