If you are considering hiring this guy run don't walk away. He showed up on our doorstep saying he could repair our irrigation system. The next thing we knew he was tearing into our system and modifying it beyond comprehension. He would show up randomly, work for a few hours, say he needed some parts, and then disappear for days on end. He had a nasty habit of disabling a section of our system leaving us to hand water it. When we pleaded with him to finish, he would say he had other, more important, better paying jobs to do. After turning a two week repair into a three month nightmare we fired him. He subsequently sent us a bill for three times the maximum we agreed to pay him.
