My son is a student at VT. His apartment complex was closed due to renovations. We were unable to find a unit in Blacksburg so we had to look elsewhere. Craft Self Storage came highly recommended. We were able to rent a unit for the summer and avoided having to bring all his stuff home. I was impressed with the facility. It was well maintained and clean. The unit we rented was also clean and in excellent shape when we got it. I set up the rental long distance over the phone. Bill Craft was very helpful and we got everything taken care of without any problems.

Very convenient with reasonable rates. We had prepaid and vacated early but there was no problem getting a refund for the months we did not use. The units were clean and secure. I would highly recommend Craft and will use them again if I ever have the need.
