Provided by YP.comThis company did an absolutely top job giving me a new driveway last week at my little house. I had been “stood up” by another paving company when they never got back to me after I called for an appointment and estimate. So I went to the computer, found Jennelle’s, and decided to try them. I called on a Wednesday and Jay said they could come over to see me after they left a job in Radford. They came out and gave me an estimate on re-paving my driveway and widening it a bit. I asked when they could schedule the job, and they said - oh, we can do it tomorrow morning before we go to another job. I nearly dropped my teeth!!! So they showed up on Thursday -- right on time -- and I got to watch 6 guys get to work, and it was like watching a choreographed dance! Each guy knew exactly what to do and when to assist the others in their parts of the operation. Nobody wasted any time and they were extremely friendly, nice, and professional. My house is not a big fancy one, and my driveway is small, but they seemed to care about the quality of their work as if my job were huge. They finished it in two hours, including digging out the “widening” portion, and finally putting everything back the way they found it. No mess for me to clean up. The only unpleasant aspect of it was (is) the smell of the asphalt -- and that’s not their fault, of course -- and I know that will eventually fade. Thank you Jennelle’s, for a job well done.
