Finally, I found the BEST nail salon in the neighborhood - maybe even the city. I've been coming here for a couple of months now and the service has consistently been fabulous. The staff are attentive, thorough and super neat and clean. Great manicures, pedicures and the prices are really good. Can't recommend highly enough.

I booked my birthday party here last weekend (12 people!) and was expecting the usual last-minute scramble, semi-professional, slap-stick service a large group usually receives. Not so. We were all there with 5 minutes to spare before our appointment time, and the techs were already ready & waiting for us (which is probably why they asked us to be on time). We were treated like VIP's the whole time. I think we all got different services, which could have been tricky, but they did their best to keep us near enough to laugh with each other (not hard as they have three private party rooms). Everyone LOVED it! My pedicure is just amazing, and the nail art my tech did on my hands is so so cool. This is the first time I have not been cut, nicked, scraped, or mishandles in any way (I should also mention this was my first time actually receiving services here, I just walked in when checking out places to book, and the decor was so opulent and breathtaking, I was really lucky they took my party with less than a weeks' notice). I just had such a wonderful experience! The techs were professional and did a perfect job, not one of my girlfriends was anything less than perfectly pleased. I understand there is a language barrier (I don't freaking speak Vietnamese, so kudos on them for being bilingual!), but they were still funny and communicated just fine with us. AH! I just wish my polish was peeling so I could go back already! Love love loved it. 10/10, will go again!

After probably three years, I have tried every nail salon in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati and Ambiance is the ONLY salon I have found that exceeds my expectations and truly is the only option for high quality exceptional service. The salon is clean - super clean and not at all your typical "nail salon"..They do a phenomenal job and I have never had a bad experience. I get regular pedicures, as well as my pink and white acrylis, which are amazing..If you are in a hurry, they can have two people work on you at the same time! While someone does your pedicure, someone else will do your nails, which with my crazy, busy life, this is what usually works best for me. Although, I must say, if I do have the time to spend on ME and want to relax, the deluxe pedicure is the way to go!!! If you havent checked out this salon, you are missing out and I encourage you to not wait a minute longer to treat yourself to the "ambiance" of Ambiance Nail Salon :) !! . .

I have not been back here in over a year. The guy at the front desk was always very rude, short, and took his job as serious as a host at a "hoppin" new restaurant in NY city on a Friday night. It was very stressful and made my experience rushed. Not. Just that, but the wait took a while to get in. Once you actually got seated, it was very assembly line feel. It was quick, impersonal and the pedis were just so-so. I had tried this place 5 times and every time I had an issue. Things could have changed in the past year, but I would not spend your money here unless you have a lot of time in your day to wait in the lobby to be seated.

This is an incredible salon. I took my daughter in for a birthday pampering experience & it was truely an "experience." I was inpressed with the cleanliness of the salon. They autoclave everything they use on you. I watched in amazement of the attention to disinfecting the spa bowls. They removed the drain & cleaned it as well. I'm been getting nails done for many, many years & been in many salons and never felt so good about one. They definatley have a new customer & a great birthday experience for my daughter.

This is the pretiest nail salon in the city. I got my nails done there the first time and my nails always stay shinny for 3 weeks. The Pink & White nails are the best. I definite recommend this salon to anyone.
