I think this store has a great selection of all the professional sports apparel and gear that I want at decent prices. Unlike the reviews below, I did not have a bad customer experience. The sales associates were nice and attentive. I needed a different size, and the sales lady said they were out of stock. Instead of giving up, she brought me the size I needed in another style and I LOVED IT! I would have never bought that if it wasn't for the help of Rally House's sales team. Thanks a million!

I went to Rally House for the first time looking for a local sports team T-shirt. In general, everything was overpriced and cheap looking. There were some sale items. I purchased a shirt that was hanging on a Medium sized hanger. When I got home, I realized the actual shirt was an Extra Large. I called and explained the situation. The employee was EXTREMELY rude and said that it was not the stores fault for the mix up of the hanger. Also, that it had been a busy day and they were still busy. Funny though, I had just left 20 minutes prior, and there was only one other customer in the store. I simply asked if I could exchange the XL for the Medium that I thought I was buying (as indicated by the hanger). She said, "NO, All sale merchandise is final sale". "This was not our fault." I would not recommend this store to anyone. There are too many other stores that sell Bengals, UC and other teams. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Can't imagine they will be around for long.
