I purchased a bottle of conditioner this week. I meant to buy shampoo. I returned the unopened bottle with the receipt. I was told that the receipt was not theirs and that I was scamping the store. The receipt said Sally's and had the exact name of the conditioner on it. The price on the bottle matched the price on the receipt. I am 55 years old. I have never been treated like this before. I'm a corporate nurse. The purchase was 6 dollars. The sales lady would not let me speak with the manager. She also refused to give me her name. I left the bottle and receipt with them. I don't need any product that badly. I will NEVER go there again. Abusive customer service. Horrible experience. My name is Mary Howell
