General Info

Body Mind Circle is a holistic healing center located in Circle Pines, Minnesota. Just north of Shoreview and South of Blaine in the North metro, it is co-owned by Hiyala Indiga and Marc Aymar. The goal of Body Mind Circle is to provide a warm, nurturing environment for members of the community to practice yoga and to receive relaxing and healing services for the body, mind and soul. The yoga and massage business is called “Body Prayers” and is run by Hiyala. Classes are kept small and provide a lot of personal attention. Marc Aymar is a Hypnotherapist, weight loss coach (he lost 50 pounds!) and NLP practitioner (a break thru form of counseling). In addition, we have three other yoga instructors, one who also teaches Gigong. We have been in business in Circle Pines for more than ten years and look forward to many more years of service to the community. Hiyala has been a massage therapist since 1992. She has suffered from back and shoulder pain herself and will be compassionate and careful with your body. She will help to sooth and erase aches and pains to your body, soul, and mind.
