My girlfriend and I ordered 6 tall glass vases from EFavorMart, they arrived today and the box they arrived in was damaged during the shipping process (thanks UPS). I contacted EFavorMart's customer support via chat, sent them a couple of photos of the box before opening it and then checked the contents. 1 of the 6 vases was broken, the other 5 were undamaged, thanks in no small part to the way EFavorMart packaged them, each vase in it's own box with styrofoam inside the shipping box. The customer service rep was quick to respond, helpful, and promptly issued a refund for the broken vase. No fuss, no muss. I cannot be happier with the customer service the provided, and the packing was good too... the damage is clearly UPS' fault, outside of EFavorMart's control. What could have been a real pain to deal with EFavorMart made easy, we will be shopping with them again in the future after this good experience with their customer service team!

The item i received was wrong, and this company doesn't care. When I sought help via "Live Chat," the rep did nothing more than continually paste responses from a script, and none of these pre-designed responses were helpful. I ordered sage green chair sashes and table runners to match, what i received was not even close. While the runner is closer the advertised bright deep earthy green, the sashes that I received are a pale faded yellow-green color that is closer to the tea green or apple colors on the website (see picture attached). Despite me explaining this over and over, I was told that color variations exist; I was then told that because the bar-code on my shipped item matched the one on my order, and that the most that could be done was that I could receive a credit of 20% of my sash cost if I would just make the sashes work since that is the sage green the warehouse has. I said that the sashes do not even come close to matching and that I can't use them together with the runners. Then, willing to change my original color scheme, I asked if I could possibly be sent a different color for the runners that may more closely match these sashes, but this idea was rejected and I was told that to do that I would have to complete a full return, wait for the credit, and completely reorder (with all shipping and restocking fees being my responsibility). After 30 minutes of debating via keyboard I finally gave up and took the 20% item refund offered because these items aren't even worth all of the the fees it will entail for a return. So now I am left disappointed with unusable product that I paid for and frustrated with this companies lack of customer care and their inability to admit that something may be wrong in their warehouse (I am certain these items were just given the wrong sticker somewhere along the line).If you want your colors to match what you ordered, or even simply match the other items that are suppose to be the same color look elsewhere.

This is a horrible company to order from not only do they send you the wrong things don't send you all of your order but then you have no one to contact in any way email live chat or phone to get a resolution so you just have to eat it.

I placed and order that dos not work for me. I shipped the order back to the correct address and was told by YAYA Creations that the item was not received. I have evidence to prove the item was received but the company will not refund me nor will they answer my emails anymore. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Customer Service is very poor. Sometimes being cheap isn't worth it not one bit its not worth it to save when you still end taking a loss...

I wouldnt even give them one star. i ordered a time sensitive order with 3 day air. as of now order still states that ups does not have a scheduled delivery date. was told to wait until the package was due then if i didn't receive it, then they would resend. ridiculous. some one named Jonathan called me and said he would recall the package if they could find it and asked if i would accept a store credit for $146.21. to which i agree. 2 hours later some spineless manager named annie rescinded his resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM YA YA CREATIONS AKA TABLECLOTHSFACTORY AKA EFAVORMART. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES, THEY LIE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO CVLINENS.

ordered champagne napkins came as gold. charged me a restock fee even though the website states returns have fees not exchanges. and then they also charged me return label when clearly it wasnt my fault they send gold instead of champagne color. I had ordered silver to replace the items. as exchange they are a complete rip off and should not be in business. the customer service was rude also.

If you are reading this review, you are most likely considering E Favor Mart/Ya Ya Creations/insert one of their many other business names here, for some sort of supplies for a special occasion. If I can persuade just 1 person from looking elsewhere, the time I spent on writing this review is worthwhile. I came across E Favor Mart while doing an internet search for frosted votive holders for my upcoming wedding. When I saw their prices, I quickly placed an order for frosted votive holders as well as candy scoops. I received my order promptly and was excited to see the votive holders and candy scoops. However, my excitement quickly dissipated as I heard glass stirring inside the box. I opened the box to find almost half of the votive holders were broken. In addition, I immediately started questioning the size of the votive holders that were intact. I attempted to fit either a votive or tea light candle in the holders and neither fit. I reviewed the website description, which clearly states a 2” diameter, pulled out a measuring tape and measured the outside diameter at less than 1 ¾”. In addition to the size being misrepresented on the website, these do not suit their intended purpose. My disappointment with the merchandise didn’t end there. I removed the candy scoops out of the box and out of their opened packaging and immediately noticed scratched off paint and broken handles. The candy scoops were shoved in a very small space between the box itself and the boxes of votive holders. It’s no surprise these arrived broken. I emailed customer service promptly as I found there is no phone number listed for this company. A day passed, then 2, no response. I contacted the company via live chat instead and spoke with Christine. Christine offered to send me replacement votive holders repeatedly. Christine failed to comprehend that these “votive holders” do not indeed hold votive, or tea light candles and are useless to me, broken or intact. I was offered a refund upon receipt of the merchandise, but would only receive 80% and would be responsible for return shipping. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call within 2 hours. More than double that time has passed, no call, and yet, I’m not surprised at the lack of response. I’m now pursuing this issue with the BBB. Ya Ya Creations has had 51 BBB complains in the last 3 years, 33 in the last 12 months. Those numbers speak for themselves.

Ordered rose floating candles and received them poorly packaged and melted; they were unusable. I had to go to a nearby store to replace them at the last minute. Upon request for a refund for the candles, I was offered a 30% refund and the joy of keeping the melted lumps of wax; or, I could pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee....for melted candles (which would have me actually paying more than my refund). After several emails, I was only able to receive a refund by escalating the issue with Paypal. Here's the kicker, I was asking for a refund of less than $5. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAM AGED AND WAS SENT BACK. UPS INSPECTED THE BOX ONLY TO FIND THAT IT WAS POORLY PACKED. MY PACKAGE WAS RETURN BACK TO YAYA CRATIONS AND THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING ON IT FOR A MONTH, I DIDN'T GET A REPLACEMENT NOR DID I GET A REFUND, I SPENT $957 AND I FEEL LIKE A FOOL, I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK AND IT MAY TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS TO GET BACK MY MONEY BUT MY EVENT IS IN 30. SMH

Beyond horrible!! We ordered custom printed ribbon. They printed it wrong and would not correct their error...said it was our fault. HA! Two words to be printed and they still screwed it up. I challenged the charge. CitiBank stepped up and cancelled the charge...said the amount wasn't worth chasing the merchant.

I bought white and black table...

I bought white and black tablecloths from tableclothsfactory.com which is on the efavormart.com facebook page the 2 sites are the same company. The quality of the fabric was SEE THROUGH JUNK you could easily see through the fabric it was super thin almost like paper I wanted to return them as I had only opened 1 tablecloth but they took 7 days to reply to my emails and then said they do not accept any returns if you have opened even 1 item no exceptions I would have called them but they don't even have a phone number RED FLAG RIGHT THERE. I wish I had never ordered from these scammers I am so angry.



DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR STUFF IS CHEAP JUNK AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I own a small business in Toro...

I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don’t have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is “We sent you the right thing” without even asking for a proof or simply just asking “What is wrong”? Prpducts they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,



1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping

2) They changed the product photo the very next day



Guess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage on with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB and I’m looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won’t be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online so please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!

I bought 2 spandex tablecloths...

I bought 2 spandex tablecloths from YaYa Creations' Internet face, tableclothfactory.com

I was incredibly disappointed that the first time I used the tablecloths, the leg pockets tore. Not just one or two between the 2 tablecloths, but 7 out of 8.



#1, don't do business with an internet-based company that doesn't give you a phone number on their site. #2... their customer service IS AWFUL! The customer service rep I got on chat proceeded to tell me that I must have damaged the product while using it [I stretched the tablecloth over the table ... gently a distance of 2 inches], they've sold 60,000 units with no problems [good for them], I ordered the wrong size "your table was too big" [the specs on the tablecloth was 24-36" diameter & up to 42" tall, my table was 32" diameter & 40" tall] and anything but turn me into their biggest fan by fixing my problem. When asking for a manager & phone number I was told "we don't do anything by phone" and when I did track down a phone number, it was endless phone prompts & no room on the VM. She did give me an email for the manager, who emailed me back, no apologies for a poor customer service experience, offering me 20% off the product cost ($10, whoop-dee-do!) for me to repair the product myself & continue on my merry way.



I would have given them 0 stars, but that wasn't an option! Don't do business with YaYa Creations or TableClothFactory.com or eFavorMart.com & expect GOOD customer service should you have any problem with the product they sold you.

I was surfing around the web looking for deals and found efavormart.com aka Ya Ya Creations....They have beautiful products and a wide range of selections. My order was a great deal and arrived fast and just wonderful. I am very statisfied with my purchase :)
