My truck started making a grinding noise and developed a shimmy in the steering at 11pm near Calera, AL. I called AAA, who dispatched Southern Dixie Auto Repair. Even though I told them where I was, they sent them somewhere else to look for me. I sat on the shoulder for hours before AAA called me again to ask for directions -I was so upset that I hung up on them and curled up to sleep in my truck. Then Jeff called and I gave him the same directions. Even though it had been hours, he had never stopped looking for me. He found me in no time. He took me to his shop and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes- a front wheel bearing had gone out and my wheel was about to fall off! He couldn't get parts til 8am, but he got the truck fixed and me back on the road first thing in the morning. His prices were very reasonable, the work excellent, and I can never say enough about the service I received! Thanks again Jeff!
