It has been very cold and my car died. I had to get it towed. the car was under warranty just a bad battery no big deal, but the tow company broke the bumper. the staff was nice and took care of everything they also let me drive a caddy until it was fixed. my husband was just deployed and he normally takes care of this sort of thing. I didn't have do worry about a thing. I couldn't express the level of gratitude for everyone who works there.

Quick note to say what an extremely competent, courteous, and professional team you have put together at the Internet Sales office. I typically buy a new vehicle every 2 or 3 years and in the last 10 years buying vehicles in the Clarksville area this was one of the easiest purchases I have made.

Kudos to your service department!! Especially Kemp Evans and Josh Odle. I feel like they have both taken a personal interest in the problems I am having with the extended warranty company. My vehicle has been in the shop 3 times since November and they are both doing their best to resolve the warranty issues and still get my vehicle repaired. Whatever issues I am having with Vehicle One Warranty certainly does not carry over to the service department. What A Team!!
