Really upset at the fact of paying my bill on December 12, 2016 only to find out that on December 24, 2016 when I wanted to add some things to my storage to my surprise there was a second lock on my storage container..the bill was not late until December 15 ...but unbeknownst to me they put the locks on on the 5th of every month if your bill isn't paid (this was never explained) ..From December 15 to December 27 this lock has been on my storage container and even after getting in contact with the Managers on December 24 by inbox on facebook..they saw my messages and NEVER responded..I wrote back SEVERAL times by facebook with no answer...it wasn't until I physically call them on December 27 (b/c) that was the next business day that they were open her response was.."i'm sorry"

I asked for a discount..her response "we don't give discounts"..I asked to speak to the owners. Her response "they won't call me back"..

I said there should be a better system in place for removing locks when a customer pays. .her response "I don't have time to check every container on the property to make sure locks are removed"

I am appalled that as a paying customers I cold not retrieve or add anything to my storage container because of their error. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Clean facility with excellent management and security. I would recommend this to anyone needing storage.
