The owner there is straight-forward but courteous,and blunt but honest...which means a lot to me, because I do not like pushy salesmen with silvery tongues! I have purchased many quality items for very reasonable prices, and have never had a problem with any of them. I have seen him offer refunds to unsatisfied customers, which I realize he is not actually obligated to do. I will continue to give them my business.
