While in Clinton visiting family, I suggested my boyfriend and I stop by 'that one jewelery place in the strip mall'. We walked in, and were greeted by a friendly personable woman who walked us through the whole process, the four c's, trends, custom pricing, answered our questions and encouraged us to look around at other jewelers. We liked her confidence, and took her advice. We looked at other jewelers and discovered no one carried trillion cut diamonds, or would work with them. I was leaning heavily towards trillion cuts with a halo and was disappointed when everyone acted like I was just some young girl who wasn't serious about making a purchase, or wasn't sure about what I wanted. We went back to Lewis Jewelers a few days later, confirmed what I was interested in, and my husband went back and started on the design. He proposed a few weeks later and I'm so happy with my ring. I just went back for cleaner and inspection and everyone is beyond friendly, and fast. I love this place.

I tried an experiment. I had this watch that was inoperative for years. I did not call Lewis Jewelers ahead - I just just sent the watch with a note. I had previously spent over $200 at a watch repair in Salt Lake City and the watch still did not operate. Lewis had done work for me previously and I was happy at the innovative way they came up with solutions. Mind you, I had moved to Ohio so I sent this cross country.Result: For the first time in 10 years, I have a watch that had sentimental value and is working due to ingenious Scott at Lewis Jewelers. I'm a believer.

I BOUGHT A TUNGSTEN RING FOR 170.00 FOR MYSELF. I REALLY AM UPSET WITH THE WHOLE LEWIS JEWELERS EXPERIENCE.... FIRST OFF I WAS TOLD THE RING WAS NOT 170.00 AFTER I SAID I WOULD BUY IT AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT BUY IT UNLESS THE OWNER STUCK TO HIS STATED PRICE. WELL I GOT THE RING FOR THE 170.00.. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT SINCE THE RING WAS TUNGSTEN IF IT DIDN'T FIT SOMETIME DOWN THE ROAD THEY THE COMPANY SELLING THE RING TO LEWIS J. I COULD GET A NEW RING MADE A SIZE BIGGER.. SO I AGREED ON THE 14 AND A HALF SIZED RING. WELL I GOT CALLED BACK AND TOLD THE CO, DOESN'T HAVE A 14 AND A HALF AND ASKED IF I WOULD TRY A 14. I SAID YES WAITING PATIENTLY FOR MY PAID FOR RING. AFTER ABOUT SIX MONTHS THE RING WAS SO TIGHT THAT I WENT BACK TO LEWIS J. I EXPLAINED THAT THE RING WAS TOO TIGHT AND I WOULD LIKE THE SIZE 14 AND A HALF.. I WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR THEIR SHIPPING. ON THE LAST TRY OUT THE RING WAS NOT THE SAME WEIGHT THAT MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE WAS EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED THAT THE REASON I BOUGHT THE RING WAS THAT I DID WAS FOR LOOKS AND THE WEIGHT OF THE RING. I STILL HAVE THE RING BUT EVERY TIME I LOOK AT IT IT MAKES ME MAD AND I WANT TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT LEWIS JEWELERS IN CLINTON UTAH..THE COMPANY DOING THE SHODDY WORK WAS LASHBROOK JEWELERS. I WROTE TO LASHBROOK AND WAS NEVER ANSWERED....

An awesome change from the big chain jewelers. Great prices and friendly one on one service. They do repairs and custom creations as well. They have a beautiful selection.
