I just want to give a thumbs up to Bob's Big Boy, especially the Brookpark Rd location. They not only have great food, but the service we received was outstanding. Many businesses today don't seem to care about the customer as much as they either say or how it used to be, but they proved the customer does matter and went out of their way for us, over and above the call of duty. Thank YOU to the Manager (Neil), I can't express enough how much we appreciate your help.

Wish they had more resturants-best burgers and O-rings!
