Also known as LEAP, the agency promotes self-determination and offers peer support and advocacy services. It employs over 40 staff members. Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential operates The Assistive Technology Center, which holds classes and workshops, as well as performs individualized assessments. The agency provides disability determination assistance for people who are above the age of 55. In addition, it offers vocational rehabilitation solutions. Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential administers a youth transition program that focuses on the improvement of interpersonal skills.
