They stayed on the phone with me and explained how the whole process would work and they even offered other suggest pickup times that I had not taken into consideration in order for my delivery process to be more efficient. They also sent me very good updates and kept me posted on when my package was picked up and delivered. I would give them a 6 star rating if possible!

Great courier service! I called and spoke with a dispatcher named Alex and I entered all my information online. He was very helpful, and professional and got my package delivered by 2pm even though they said they would deliver it by 6pm, so actually 4 hours earlier than they promised. I also called in last minute so they did a great job for doing a same day rush delivery on my package!

I work in the clothing retail business and found that I had a slight situation on my hands when a package was not delivered to one of our regular clients. These couriers are fast to say the least. They seem to be the most efficient courier in Cleveland. They came highly recommended based off the other reviews and it's a good thing I tried them because I am satisifed.

I love reliable couriers of Cleveland. I needed a parcel couriered and had a 2 hr window to have it delivered there. Their driver stopped by, picked up my package, and was very courteous and delivered my package unharmed to Lakewood. I totally am going to call them from now on when im in need of a courier service.

I needed some legal documents couriered over to the Cleveland Municipal Courthouse on Ontario. This courier company out of Cleveland delivered my pallet of car parts I had purchased from Cleveland to Pittsburgh the same day that I had ordered it.
